Cocoa Press is revolutionizing the chocolate industry with innovative 3D printing technology, allowing for personalized, on-demand confections. Founded by Ellie, who began this journey in 2014 during a high school engineering class, Cocoa Press has grown from a hobby to a full-time venture after Ellie graduated from Penn Engineering in 2019. Ellie, who has also appeared on the Battlebots TV show with team Mammoth, is passionate about the potential of 3D printing across various industries. Beyond her work with Cocoa Press, she enjoys singing, weaving, woodworking, and glassblowing, while actively advocating for trans rights across the U.S.
