This is an amazing business. They have the best customer service and their services and products are cutting edge and very competitive. They offer 3D printing services and also manufacture and sell their own line of 3D printers. I purchased their Nautilus printer and I cannot rave enough about this machine and how amazing it is. My only problem with it is that I love it so much I want to buy like 5 more and I know I shouldn't. It's awesome that Portland finally has a 3D printing service and manufacturer. No more overseas purchases with zero customer support. You can buy locally and get comprehensive, real time support, from real people.
Problem solved! I love the looks of our kitchen pulls, but their sharp back edge was a problem. John at Hydra Research designed and made inserts that totally fix the problem! Their low profile essentially disappears visually, and they're smooth to the touch. Easy to install and affordable! Thanks Hydra!
